Flashback Friday:
11-1-11 & 11-1-12
366 days apart: 40 weeks prego vs almost one year postpartum.
I have to admit I have not been up in the gym workin on my fitness, but I have breastfed my cub every day, multiple times a day, since he was born. So thank you Mother Nature for that, and thanks Wrybug for being such a delight to nurse. I’m pretty humbled by my body’s ability to care for me AND my baby, even on days I fuel it with less than desirable things (though those vegan donuts from Whole Foods seemed pretty desirable to me!)
Isn’t it just phenomenal what the female body can do? I mean we make humans! Pretty crafty if you ask me!
